The Comanche Indians softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Sterling Tigers to 1 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.

The Indians now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davis for a 3A battle on Monday, September 8.

The Tigers (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK). The Redskins enter the non-league challenge with a 14-2 record. In their last challenge, Rush Springs edged Ninnekah (Ninnekah, OK), 16-0, in a league challenge.
