The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 1-1. Brookfield won 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Putnam County (Unionville, MO)

In their next game, the Huskers battle the Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, MO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 9. Lafayette County will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Trojans go into the match with a 5-0 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO).
