In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Aquinas Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Rancho Verde Mustangs.

The Falcons (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cajon (San Bernardino, CA). The Cowboys come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Cajon lost by Poly (Riverside, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Carter Lions (Rialto, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 8. Rancho Verde will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Norte Vista (Riverside, CA).
