New Jersey High School Volleyball - Lodi can't hold off Becton

In Thursday's league bout, the Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ) volleyball team held off the host Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ), by a margin of 2-1.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Hasbrouck Heights for a North Jersey - Meadowlands bout on Friday, September 5. Becton will clash with a Aviators team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Aviators record now stands at 0-1.
The Rams (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Dwight-Englewood (Englewood, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Dwight-Englewood got by Palisades Park (Palisades Park, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
