With the win, Hayfield improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN) to encounter the Awesome Blossoms in a Gopher battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Awesome Blossoms go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Blooming Prairie lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Triton (Dodge Center, MN)

The Cardinals now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alden-Conger for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. Bethlehem Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over Martin County West (Sherburn, MN). The Knights record now stands at 4-0.
