Nebraska High School Volleyball - Bridgeport overwhelmed by Gering

Gering Bulldogs (Gering, NE) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gering advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Sterling (Sterling, CO) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Sterling won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Weld Central (Keenesburg, CO)

Next, the Bulldogs play the Kimball Longhorns (Kimball, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Bridgeport will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Leyton (Dalton, NE).
