Georgia High School Volleyball - Dacula over Central Gwinnett

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) and the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), observed Dacula's volleyball team top Central Gwinnett by a count of 3-0.

The Falcons (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Mount Pisgah Christian notched a victory over Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Black Knights encounter the Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) in a 6A Area 8 battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Central Gwinnett will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Wolves go into the battle with a 13-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Marist (Atlanta, GA).
