Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Tecumseh Savages (Tecumseh, OK) and the visiting Crossings Christian Knights (Oklahoma City, OK), observed Tecumseh's volleyball team top Crossings Christian by a tally of 3-1.

The Savages (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Guymon was beaten by Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights meet the Christian Heritage Crusaders (Del City, OK) in a Chisholm Trail test, on Tuesday, September 9. Crossings Christian will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Crusaders go into the test with a 12-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK).
