Indiana High School Volleyball - Mt. Vernon over Delta

The Mt. Vernon Marauders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Delta Eagles to 0 in the Marauders league triumph on Thursday.

The Marauders now possess a 11-1 record. They play next when they host Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. Mt. Vernon will play a Braves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Delta (Muncie, IN). The Braves record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Delta drops to 4-3 on the year. The Eagles host Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN) to confront the Arabians in a Hoosier Heritage game on Tuesday, September 9. The Arabians enter the game with a record of 8-6. Pendleton Heights won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN)
