In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Forest City Indians volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the North Union Warriors.

The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Bison come into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, North Iowa lost by North Union (Armstrong, IA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets (Estherville, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 8. North Union will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Midgets come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Okoboji (Milford, IA).
