In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Montclair Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Garey Vikings.

The Cavaliers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Ganesha (Pomona, CA). The Giants enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Ganesha was defeated by Garey (Pomona, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Vikings now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Workman for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Garey will face a Lobos squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 0-5.
