In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host High Street Christian Academy volleyball team scored a close 1-0 victory over the Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs.

The (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Temple Christian (Dayton, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Temple Christian was tipped by Germantown Christian (Germantown, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Mountain View Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Sharks enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Mountain View Christian Academy (Cowpens, SC).
