Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Westside Rams (Anderson, SC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Jefferson improves its record to 14-7 on the season. The Dragons travel to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA) to face the Purple Hurricanes in a 3A Area 8 test on Tuesday, September 9. The Purple Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 6-15. Monroe Area lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA)

Next, the Rams meet the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Westside will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Madison County (Danielsville, GA).
