Texas High School Volleyball - John Paul II over San Antonio Christian

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the John Paul II Guardians (New Braunfels, TX) and the host San Antonio Christian Lions (San Antonio, TX), observed John Paul II's volleyball team top San Antonio Christian by a count of 3-0.

The Guardians (20-2) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX). The Knights enter the contest with a 14-1 record.

Next, the Lions meet the Bandera BULLDOGS (Bandera, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 9. San Antonio Christian will attempt to move on its 14-14 season record. The BULLDOGS enter the contest with a 13-16 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX).
