South Carolina High School Volleyball - Woodruff over Laurens

The Woodruff Wolverines volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Laurens Raiders to 0 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolverines now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Woodruff will play a Crusaders team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Laurens drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to West-Oak (Westminster, SC) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, September 6. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 7-3. West-Oak won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC)
