The Minnetonka Skippers prevailed the visiting St. Michael-Albertville Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

The Skippers now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hopkins for a Lake bout on Tuesday, September 9. Minnetonka will clash with a Royals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN). The Royals record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, St. Michael-Albertville drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Knights host Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN) to confront the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 4-0. Lakeville North won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against East Ridge (Woodbury, MN)
