The St. George's Gryphons topped the visiting Pleasant View volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Gryphons now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Evangelical Christian for a D-II A District 6 outing on Monday, September 8. St. George's will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to White Station (Memphis, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Pleasant View drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The travel to St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN) to play the Eagles in a D-II A District 6 outing on Tuesday, September 9.
