With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Raft River (Malta, ID) to play the Trojans in a 2A Snake River challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Raft River lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakley (Oakley, ID)

Next, the Cutthroats play the Twin Falls Christian Academy Warriors (Twin Falls, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Sun Valley Community will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Gem State Adventist Academy (Caldwell, ID).
