The Broughton Capitals topped the host Wakefield Wolverines volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Capitals now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Knightdale for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Broughton will confront a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-4.
The Wolverines (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Sanderson was knocked off by Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
