The Montgomery Central Indians soccer team scored 8 points and limited the visiting Kenwood Knights to 2 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Indians face the Sycamore War Eagles (Pleasant View, TN) in a AA District 12 contest, on Thursday, September 7. Montgomery Central will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The War Eagles enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Merrol Hyde Magnet (Hendersonville, TN).

The Knights now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host McGavock for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 7. Kenwood will face a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Overton (Nashville, TN). The Raiders record now stands at 0-5.
