Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Greenies confront the Asheville Christian Academy Lions (Swannanoa, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina challenge, on Friday, September 8. Christ School will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Gaston Day (Gastonia, NC).

The Buccaneers now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Christ the King for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 7. Charlotte Country Day School will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 2-0 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-4.
