New Mexico High School Soccer - Miyamura nudges East Mountain

The Miyamura Patriots soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting East Mountain Timberwolves to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Patriots face the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 8. Miyamura will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Gallup (Gallup, NM).

The Timberwolves now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monte Del Sol Charter for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 9. East Mountain will face a Dragons team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Dragons record now stands at 0-2.
