In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Elkins Tigers soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Lincoln Cougars.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Huskies come into the Big Ten battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, North Marion was nudged by Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV), 6-1, in a league battle.
The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Minutemen come into the Big Ten battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Lewis County nudged Preston (Kingwood, WV), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
