Texas High School Volleyball - Brazoswood over Angleton

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Brazoswood Buccaneers (Clute, TX) and the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX), saw Brazoswood's volleyball squad beat Angleton by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Brazoswood upgrades its record to 8-13 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Clear Creek (League City, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 6A Region III District 24 bout on Friday, September 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 14-15. Clear Creek lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pearland (Pearland, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Friendswood for a 5A Region III District 18 bout on Tuesday, September 12. Angleton will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ball (Galveston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-8.
