The May River Sharks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Battery Creek Dolphins to 0 in the Sharks non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Sharks now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Island for a AAAA Region 7 game on Thursday, September 7.

The Dolphins (3-2) will now prepare for their game against North Charleston (North Charleston, SC). The Cougars enter the AAA Region 8 game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, North Charleston dropped by Baptist Hill (Hollywood, SC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
