The Stewartville Tigers held off the visiting Bethlehem Academy Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edina for a non-league test on Friday, September 8. Stewartville will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Osseo (Osseo, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 2-3.
The Cardinals (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN). The Awesome Blossoms enter the Gopher test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Blooming Prairie was nudged by Goodhue (Goodhue, MN), 3-2, in a non-league test.
