Illinois High School Volleyball - Brown County nudged by Triopia/Virginia

The Brown County Hornets volleyball team (Mt. Sterling, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Triopia/Virginia Trojans (Concord, IL)

The Trojans (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Barry Western (Barry, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Barry Western was nudged by Illini West (Carthage, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets encounter the Macomb Bombers (Macomb, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Brown County will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Bombers enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 2-0 league win over West Prairie (Sciota, IL).
