The Captain Shreve Gators topped the visiting Loyola College Prep Flyers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Gators now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Natchitoches Central for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Captain Shreve will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 12-1.
The Flyers (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Benton (Benton, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Benton gained a win over Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
