In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Carver Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Jordan Red Jackets.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Crisp County (Cordele, GA). The Cougars come into the 3A Area 1 battle with a 11-3 record.
Next, the Red Jackets clash with the Spencer Greenwave (Columbus, GA) in a 2A Area 2 battle, on Tuesday, September 12. Jordan will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Greenwave come into the battle with a 7-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA).
