The Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Independence Mustangs to 0 in the Stormin' Pointers league victory on Tuesday.
The Stormin' Pointers now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Assumption for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Center Point-Urbana will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Knights record now stands at 8-3.
