Illinois High School Volleyball - Unity Christian over Central A & M

Unity Christian Lions (Decatur, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Lions clash with the Arcola Purple Riders (Arcola, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie match, on Thursday, September 7. Unity Christian will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Purple Riders come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Neoga (Neoga, IL).

With the loss, Central A & M drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Raiders host Edinburg (Edinburg, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league match on Thursday, September 7. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 1-4. Edinburg lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Mt. Olive (Mt. Olive, IL)
