The Horseshoe Bend Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Cole Valley Christian Chargers to 2 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cascade for a 1A Long Pin game on Wednesday, September 6. Horseshoe Bend will meet a Ramblers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Salmon River (Riggins, ID). The Ramblers record now stands at 0-5.

The Chargers (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Melba (Melba, ID). The Mustangs enter the 2A Western Idaho game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Melba was nudged by Horseshoe Bend (Horseshoe Bend, ID), 3-0, in a non-league game.
