In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host De Soto Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ottawa Cyclones.

The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage Christian Academy (Olathe, KS). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Heritage Christian Academy achieved victory over Olathe West (Olathe, KS), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cyclones clash with the Louisburg Wildcats (Louisburg, KS) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 7. Ottawa will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Piper (Kansas City, KS).
