The Nova Classical Academy Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting DeLaSalle Islanders to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Knights now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concordia Academy for a Skyline game on Thursday, September 7. Nova Classical Academy will meet a Beacons team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN). The Beacons record now stands at 2-1.
The Islanders (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles enter the Tri-Metro game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Kennedy gained a win over St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN), 3-2, in a non-league game.
