The Heppner Mustangs topped the visiting Echo Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dufur for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Heppner will confront a Rangers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Ione/Arlington (Ione, OR). The Rangers record now stands at 0-4.
The Cougars (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Union (Union, OR). The Bobcats enter the 1A Old Oregon test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Union was knocked off by Grant Union (John Day, OR), 3-1, in a non-league test.
