The Myrtle Hawks topped the visiting Falkner Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hawks now have a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickory Flat for a Class 1 Region 2 test on Tuesday, September 12. Myrtle will confront a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 7-10.
The Eagles (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Ashland (Ashland, MS). The Blue Devils enter the Class 1 Region 2 test with a 1-7 record.
