The Godley Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Glen Rose Tigers to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alvarado for a 4A Region II District 10 game on Friday, September 8. Godley will meet a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX). The Indians record now stands at 11-15.

The Tigers (13-14) will now prepare for their game against Robinson (Robinson, TX). The Rockets enter the non-league game with a 18-8 record. In their last game, Robinson gained a win over Whitney (Whitney, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
