Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team achieve victory over the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Boilermakers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL). The Storm enter the Three Rivers challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Bureau Valley was dropped by Putnam County (Granville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Mendota Trojans (Mendota, IL) in a Three Rivers challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Princeton will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Pearl City (Pearl City, IL).
