The Lake City Tigers prevailed the visiting St. Charles Fighting Saints volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zumbrota-Mazeppa for a Hiawatha Valley test on Thursday, September 7. Lake City will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.

The Fighting Saints (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN). The Trojans enter the Three Rivers test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Rushford-Peterson dropped by Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
