The Little River Academy Bumblebees volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Manor Mustangs to 0 in the Bumblebees non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bumblebees now possess a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host McGregor for a 3A Region III District 19 game on Friday, September 8. Little River Academy will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-10.
The Mustangs (11-12) will now prepare for their game against Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region IV District 25 game with a 22-8 record. In their last game, Stony Point defeated Leander (Leander, TX), 3-2, in a non-league game.
