Ohio High School Volleyball - Monroe over Miamisburg

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Monroe Hornets (Monroe, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Miamisburg Vikings (Miamisburg, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Hornets face the Bellbrook Golden Eagles (Bellbrook, OH) in a Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern contest, on Thursday, September 7. Monroe will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH).

With the loss, Miamisburg moves to 1-8 on the year. The Vikings travel to Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH) to face the Beavers in a Greater Western Ohio contest on Thursday, September 7. The Beavers go into the contest with a record of 5-4. Beavercreek won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Troy (Troy, OH)
