The Pajaro Valley Grizzlies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Francis Sharks to 1 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marina for a Pacific Coast - Santa Lucia game on Thursday, September 7. Pajaro Valley will confront a Mariners team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 1-6.
The Sharks (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Gonzales (Gonzales, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Gonzales gained a win over Pajaro Valley (Watsonville, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
