The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX) and the host Spruce Timberwolves (Dallas, TX), witnessed Sunset's football squad wallop Spruce by a tally of 40-6.
The Bison (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Creekview (Carrollton, TX). The Mustangs enter the 5A-1 Region II District 6 contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Creekview crushed Polytechnic (Fort Worth, TX), 32-6, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Timberwolves battle the Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles (Dallas, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 12. Spruce will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 16-8 non-league win over Southwest (Fort Worth, TX).
