The Eastwood Troopers football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Chapin Huskies to 13 in the Troopers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Troopers now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Dorado for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18.

With the defeat, Chapin drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Huskies host Horizon (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Scorpions in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 0-1. Horizon lost 18-8 in their recent non-league test against Socorro (El Paso, TX)
