Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN), 9-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mississinewa moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Indians host North Miami (Denver, IN) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-1.

The Comets now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Western for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Eastern will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-2 league Tipton (Tipton, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
