The Capitals (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Gibbons was tipped by Green Level (Cary, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Rocky Mount Gryphons (Rocky Mount, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. Wake Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Gryphons enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC).
