In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Menaul Panthers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Rehoboth Christian Lynx.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Coyotes enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Cottonwood Classical Prep was tipped by Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lynx meet the Wingate Bears (Fort Wingate, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Rehoboth Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
