Pennsylvania High School Soccer - North Star held off by Conemaugh Township

September 5, 2024: Boswell, PA 15531

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA) soccer team edged the host North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Indians battle the Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 7. Conemaugh Township will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 1-1 non-league Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA).

The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Windber (Windber, PA). The Ramblers enter the Inter County - West contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Windber was nipped by Everett (Everett, PA), 5-2, in a league contest.
