The Shakopee Sabers smashed the visiting Farmington Tigers soccer team by a tally of 4-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next, the Sabers face the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a Class AA Section 2 game, on Saturday, September 7. Shakopee will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Storm come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Jefferson (Bloomington, MN).
The Tigers (0-5) will now prepare for their game against John Marshall (Rochester, MN). The Rockets come into the Class AA Section 1 game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, John Marshall edged Mankato East (Mankato, MN), 1-0, in a non-league game.
