The Warner Eagles softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Pittsburg Panthers to 0 in the Eagles non-league win on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eufaula for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 5. Warner will confront a Ironheads team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Muldrow (Muldrow, OK). The Ironheads record now stands at 14-0.
With the loss, Pittsburg moves to 3-16 on the season. The Panthers host Moss (Holdenville, OK) to confront the Pirates in a non-league battle on Monday, September 9. The Pirates come into the battle with a record of 14-4.
